Loyalty Program
In March of 2010, we launched the Loyalty Recognition Program. HGI Healthcare designed a program to show our appreciation to our dedicated, loyal and exceptional therapists and nurses. For every hour you work, we deposit money into your Loyalty Account. When you reach 1500 hours, we will pay out the amount accrued in your next paycheck. It’s that simple!!

Referral Program
Referring a Travel Nurse or Therapist to HGI Healthcare is an easy way to make some extra cash! If we place the Nurse or Therapist you referred on a travel assignment*, we will pay you a referral bonus up to $1500 when they complete the assignment.
*Assignment = 520 hours
