HGI Healthcare's external traveling employees travel mainly for one of two reasons. Our team members either travel to see the country OR they travel to earn a compensation package that is significantly more than an average full-time permanent employee. Depending on our employees' working situations, some can work 8 or 9-months out of the year and earn the same as a full-time employee that works 12-months out of the year.
